  • Processing export orders from order entry through dispatch
  • Preparing export and customs documents
  • Communication with international customers and freight forwarders
  • Organising and monitoring deliveries
  • Checking delivery dates and shipping status
  • Maintaining order and customer data
  • Compliance with customs and export regulations
  • Handling complaints and follow-up enquiries
  • Commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk)

Your profile

  • Commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk)
  • Experience in export or shipping is an advantage
  • Knowledge of customs and export regulations
  • Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Structured and reliable working style
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
