Your responsibilities

  • Recording and processing customer orders
  • Preparing quotations, order confirmations and invoices
  • Coordination with customers, sales and production
  • Monitoring deadlines and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining customer and order data in the system
  • Handling complaints and follow-up enquiries
  • Monitoring order status and deadlines
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Commercial vocational training or comparable experience
  • Experience in order processing is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Structured and conscientious working style
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Numerical aptitude and accuracy
  • Team spirit and reliability
